​We will need help with things such as: welcome greeter, player check-in, making sure teams get to courts quickly, recording scores after each round, liaison to tournament desk, and general help.

For players arriving early, reserve courts at $6/hr to warm-up the day prior to the tournament starting.

QUESTION:
Can we enter in the 18+ and 50+ or do we have to choose?
If you play on 2 teams that qualified, one for the 18+ and one for the 50+, then you can play in both events. We do not take into account that players could be on multiple teams when we schedule so that would be up to your team to organize players that might be double-booked on match times.
Is there an approximate number of matches played at the championships?
We will be running the tournament based on pools of 4 teams. Each team will have a round-robin in their pool and where the winning team will advance to the playoffs. Day 1 will have 2 team matches, Day 2 will have the 3rd match in the pool plus semifinals and finals (playoff for 3rd/4th). So - every team is guaranteed 3 team matches with the possibility of up to 5 team matches.
When should I register for championship? How are you vetting the appropriate teams representing their respective regions.
If your team has already won the qualifying event in your local area, go ahead and register for the National Championships. We will confirm all teams entered with the local league coordinator.
Is the team registration fee refundable?
As expenses for this event are incurred prior to arrival of the players, any refund request must be received by September 1. After September 1, there will be no refunds.
In the event of inclement weather, every attempt to complete play will be made, but it is possible that divisions are not able to finish if weather prevents court play. We are sorry, but we will be unable to refund entry fees due to poor weather conditions.
